Refund & Returns Policy

At Brazil’Snack, we want you to enjoy our products with confidence. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure; and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
    You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on your preference.


3. Change of Mind

As our products are food items, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, due to health and safety reasons. Please choose carefully before purchasing.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or credit/debit card).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Returns (if applicable)

In some cases, we may request the product be returned to us for inspection. If so:

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect.
