At Brazil’Snack, we aim to get your favourite snacks to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and selected couriers.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only).
Remote or regional areas may take longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on our website.
At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia.
If you are outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at admin@brazilsnack.com.au to discuss options.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, public holidays).
Brazil’Snack is not responsible for delays once your parcel is with the carrier, but we will assist in tracking your order if issues arise.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing an order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-delivery fees.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
